INFORMATION FOR THE TENDERER
The Contractor is tasked to ensure the following:

The Contractor must provide interpreting services throughout the duration of the event
Required inputs
For expected outputs the Contractor must ensure qualified staff to provide all services.
The Contractor must have relevant experience in the field required by the activities described below.
Required time frame
Estimated period: May - July 2020
Estimated time of the event: 2 hours
Specific dates to be communicated by the Contracting Authority in due time, after confirmation with the Serbian partners.
2.Workshops for study preparation (2 two-days events)
Description of expected outputs / results to be achieved
The Contractor must provide interpreting services only on the second day (throughout the duration) of each of two events.
Required inputs
For expected outputs the Contractor must ensure qualified staff to provide all services.
The Contractor must have relevant experience in the field required by the activities described below.
Required time frame
Estimated period: October 2019 – January 2020
Estimated time of the event: 4 hours each day
Specific dates to be communicated by the Contracting Authority in due time, after confirmation with the Serbian partners.
3. Labor Market study promotion event
Description of expected outputs / results to be achieved
The Contractor must provide interpreting services throughout the duration of the event.
Required inputs
For expected outputs the Contractor must ensure qualified staff to provide all services.
The Contractor must have relevant experience in the field required by the activities described below.
Required time frame
Estimated period: February - April 2020
Estimated time of the event: 3 hours
Specific dates to be communicated by the Contracting Authority in due time, after confirmation with the Serbian partners.
4. Job Fair event
Description of expected outputs / results to be achieved
The Contractor must provide interpreting services throughout the duration of the event.
Required inputs
For expected outputs the Contractor must ensure qualified staff to provide all services.
The Contractor must have relevant experience in the field required by the activities described below.
Required time frame
Estimated period: April - June 2020
Estimated time of the event: 6 hours
Specific dates to be communicated by the Contracting Authority in due time, after confirmation with the Serbian partners.
The tenderers will send the translator CV as an attachment of the offer.
The tenderers are reminded that the maximum available value of the contract is 1.400 EUR for Romanian partners including VAT.
The deadline for submission of tenders (email aalmasan@cciat.ro, or mvasiu@cciat.ro ) is 26.09.2019, 16:00 hours, local time. Any tender received after this deadline will be automatically rejected.
