INFORMATION FOR THE TENDERER

The Contractor is tasked to ensure the following:

Description of expected outputs / results to be achieved

The Contractor must publish in the print media 8 press articles. The size of the layouts that will be published in the print media will be at least 10 x 15 cm,  black-and-white.

Visibility elements must be in accordance with the Visual Identity Manual (VIM) of the Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Romania-Serbia Programme.

Required inputs

For expected outputs the Contractor must ensure qualified staff to provide all services.

The Contractor must have relevant experience in the field required by the activities described below.

Required time frame

Estimated period: October 2019 - July 2020

Specific dates to be communicated by the Contracting Authority in due time.

The tenderers are reminded that the maximum available value of the contract is 1.565,40 EUR for Romanian partners including VAT.

The deadline for submission of tenders (email aalmasan@cciat.ro, or mvasiu@cciat.ro ) is 09.10.2019, 12:00 hours, local time. Any tender received after this deadline will be automatically rejected.
